Returns Policy
Unwanted or Unsuitable Items
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you have 14 days from the date that you receive your order to return your order to us for a refund.
Items must be returned in resalable condition, including tags. Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, earrings may not be returned unless unworn or faulty.

Please note: we do not refund or cover returns postage for non-faulty items.
Faulty Items
If you have received a faulty item please email us stating your order number and the nature of the fault (ideally with a photo). We will then either replace the faulty item or refund you in full (including any delivery charges)
Refunds
We will send you an email to confirm we have received your faulty return.

Refunds will be processed 3-4 working days after the receipt of your return. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment card & may take 3-5 days to appear on your bank statements.
